I work as a technical service rep for a printer company. It's high stress and (I consider it) low pay. I do not get most stat holidays off (I got xmas day off because there wasn't enough call volume to warrent a full staff). It's not a job I enjoy but I am thankful to have it in this market. The fact that I get to read the site makes the job less stressful, but I'd trade that for a position I enjoy.
