I have been recently looking for information on this small species of Uroplatus and was wondering if anyone here knew about them and could offer any sites with good information? Also does anyone here keep these or more importantly, breed these? If so what are they usually sold for? The cheapest Ive found is 175$ and I am looking for something a little less than that if possible and preferably CB's.
Thx, Kyle Walkinshaw~

I got a beautiful 1 year male CB for only $150... I love him! But, that was oddly low :D
I would expect $125-$175 WC, $175-$250 CB is a fair price for them... They are not begginer species, but they seem pretty easiy if you can keep the temps and humidity right... Temps I keep at 68-74F day, and 66-70F night. Humidity stays at 75%-90%, usually 80%. Feed small crickets, I use 1/4" to 3/5" crickets. Lots of calcium, and I use a standard 27G split in half... so it is almost a 18" cube or something.
No or little handling, shallow water dish, and a few leaves, and Pothos, or similar plants. I use coconut fiber substrate.
Works for me!

Thanks for the response Dan, though I am not a beginner and at the store I work we have a pair of Uroplatus Phantasticus that I care for so I know there basics. My only question is that to me your temps seem quite low? Any specific reason for that? I would think a 75-80 would seem a more suitable daytime range, 71-73 at night. Also why do you say little to know handling? Easily stressed? Just curious :)
