Not that I am going to be getting one but I am interested in them.
Anyone have care sheets for Indian Gharials, I know a lot about them
but I need more input. Mmmmmmmmm Input.

I don't think there would be actual "care sheets" for a croc of this size.

But if you want info then try these links:

A google search will give you pages with some info. I will try and bring back info on gharials when I come back from the Madras Crocodile Bank in August for you.

...Hmm, for some reason I dont really like gharials or Tomistomas.
I dunno why though..
But to fulfill my dream I guess I must bust out a pr. of both those species..

This was a post to get the croc people back into action.
Not only that but I am always searching for more info.

Sorry this specie is endangered and also she is protected by CITES and include in appendix I.Also It is forbidden to keep them in captivity,to buy or sell them or to import or export them

Baz, how do you get invovled in all these expeditions you go on, I would love to do stuff like that but I don't know how to get started.

Last I checked, you can get CITES, USDI, endangered species permits all of which will be advisable. Just being that it is Appendix I doesn't mean you can not have the animal. If this was the case, noone out side a zoo will have say Cubans, Siamese or Dwarf crocodiles, Morelet's all of which are App I.
It's not impossible to get, howeve good luck finding one and convincing that you are worthy for the permits..
