If there leo eggs then if you raise the temp. you will produce more males. but only raise it for the first 2 weeks or so.
Good Luck,

Congrats and be careful not to incubate over 90 or you will get hot females. Hot females are sterile and mean to all cage mates.

I'm trying my best to keep it at 85. Oh ya no one told me how they should feel just after being layed?? Like do they have a soft shell, hard shell, leathery shell . . .

Feel? Well, if you squeeze em REAL hard, they should break into a pile of gooey stuff, but thats not reccomended... lol
They shouold have a definite shape to them, and leo's are hardshelled eggs I believe (got that from a book called "Geckos" and I can not find the author anywhre in the whole book :D) How many eggs did you get?

I got 2 eggs. I doubt I'm selling them. They are my first so I'm going to keep them.
All the Leos eggs I've touched feel slightly firmer than a marshmallow, they are not hard shelled and do feel slightly leathery. Females the temp should be between 80-83 to be sure and for males 87-90 but nothing is 100% guaranteed.

The eggs should feel full. Fertile leo eggs range from almost as hard as a chicken eggs, to a very soft leathery feel. Either one though should be full, and the leathery type should spring back out if you squeeze it. (I wouldn't recomend squeezing the chicken egg type ones too hard though :) )

Also, to make sure that you have fertile eggs, you might want to turn out all the lights and gently hold a flash light on them. If they glow pink in one side of the shell, or have visible veins, they are fertile. If you just see a blank, yellowish glow, they are most likely infertile. Make sure you don't throw any eggs away until the rot tho.
