I couldn't help but notice that you have 2 dart frogs listed in your signature. You should already have ALL the basics of these guys down, and their setup functioning adequately BEFORE you aquire them. Please take the time to ersearch your animals before you aquire them, otherwise its the animals that suffer. As for your question, I cannot offer any help as I do not have any dart frog experience. I would suggest trying a search engine, such as www.google.com , I'm sure you will find an abundance of caresheets. Good luck.
