I use this one on one of my BCI enclosure's...
Man, Homedepot has one of the worst sites I have ever seen. Very slow and you can't even link to a product. Well, choose #7, window locks, then the lock is the last one on page #5.

I'am going to use it for lizards. Now i need to get the lock make the runners and everything else.If I work on it all day I should be fhinished cutting and what not.Thanks.
We use sticks like you would for a patio door.
don't know how well this would work for a lizard as they can claw the stick away but you can see below how it works.

i use a showcase lock like dead bob for my bearded dragons its mostly not to stop the beardies getting out although they do scratch the glass but its mainly to keep my little brother from letting them out or messing around with them my one cost £5.00 from a reptile shop called reptile masters and i got a spare key with it as well
