You can find almost anything if you go to a search engine like google.ca and type in what ur looking for.

Stick a boy crested with a girl crested... It's about easy as that. Incubation is only slightly trickier... Cresteds tend to copulate without any outside stimulus.

Just do what your doing now and thats about it. Just make sure you have a nesting in there so it will be easyer for you to find the eggs, and make sure the nest box is moistened so she'll lay them in there

What I use for a nestbox is a tupperware container (about 6" long, 3" high, 3" wide) with a 2.5" x 2.5" hole cut in the lid of the container, and I've filled it almost to the brim with moist "eco-earth" crushed coconut shell bedding. My female doesn't hestitate to utilize this nestbox, though I have a feeling if I had live plants inside the enclosure, she'd use the plant soil for laying it, or in the plant itself. This is what has worked successfully for myself, and I am in no way saying that this is the only way to do it. Sorry, I'm not technologically advanced enough to own a digital camera, or else I'd have posted a picture for your viewing pleasure, rather than typing all this out. A picture is worth a thousand words, but I'm obligated to say them all.
I hope this helped you out somewhat. Good luck.
LATER.
