I've seen this site before. If you look through the FAQ or Email them a question, you will find out that if they don't find funds owing to you (because you applied) and they can prove that you had no reason to believe that you had unclaimed funds, they prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
I didn't want to take the chance. Maybe it's just a scare tactic.
