We just finished watching "The hills have eyes". I'm not sure if it's the worst movie ever (it's hard to beat Plan 9 from outer space) but it's probably in the top 10.

I'd have to say anything with Billy Blanks stars in is a definite miss (TC 2000 for instance).

It's Alive was pretty bad too

What's the worst movie have you've seen?

Tomb Raider... No plot, no point to it, stopped watching after half an hour, but some good crotch shots... :D

the hills have eyes was awesome...for its time..
movies that really bite....hmmmmm......anything with Van Dam, Segal sucks so him movies are out, I would have to put Moulin Rouge right up there for a waste of time, and for horrors,....hm......from Dust till Dawn, and its sequels really poorly done.

Who can forget "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes"?

A.I by Steven Speilberg. It was sooo long and pointless. Me and my friends were just totally confused and couldnt begin to figure out what it was about.

I hate most movies with Segul. I don't see how anyone hates Killer Tomatoes, from what I can remember, it was great, but then again, I was about 4. I hate the movie Contact so much. As Mr. Garrison once said on South Park, "I watched that F*#$!@& movie for more than an hour to see the alien and it was her god damn father!"

I agree, A.I. was crap...but speaking of A.I., and movies that remind me of it, I have to say Vanilla Sky was one of the worst movies I've seen...I had no goddam idea what was going on and then it turns out that it's, like, a thousand years later and the guy's in a cryogenic chamber? What the hell is that about? Everyone said it was so great...God, were they wrong! LoL

Segal is prety bad... Tom Raider was bad but worth watching cuz of Angelina Jolie... Fargo is AWESOME!! Crazy person... I like the first star wars (episode one and two) are the worst movies I've ever seen.

Zoe

Oh and those moronic "boa" "python" anaconda" "komodo" movies.

The Ring sucked! It sort of reminded me of Blair Witch.
The movie should be flushed down the...:toilet:

I liked executive decision (I think that was the name) All i know is Segal's character was short lived and died a badly done death :)

Yeah I agree somewhat about The Ring. I think it could have been a much better movie.

spoiler space! dont read below if you havent seen it lol

The whole video tape thing?? whats up with that? They never even explained it. Or said for sure how she was driving her mother crazy...it made no sense at times. And I think if they had explored those things more it would have been better or even changed them

im gnna agree with Zoe on anaconda, python, boa, and komodo. They were all stupid and fake, and probably put more fear into people than there already is about reptiles.

I have to admit that I love to wallow in the badness of those "horror" movies about the giant reptiles that kill people. They make me laugh so hard!!

Especially when I've got one of the critters snuggling up to my body heat and sleeping like an angel all throughout the movie. ;)

I agree with AI and Vanilla Sky. Both movies could have ended much earlier than they did. Spielberg needs a break in my opinion.

Lisa
03-12-03, 11:29 AM
I didn't mind AI, it was slow, but i don't think it was meant to go fast. Now I'm not saying it was the best movie ever, I just don't think it was meant to be an action thriller. Reminded me of both Blade Runner and Pinoccio.

i don't see how you think 8 mile was a bad movie...i thought it was good

another horrible movie is Lake Placid, about the giant crocodiles...betty white from the golden girls was feeding it cows though....so it's on the fence..

i;m amazed no one has mentioned any of the leprauchan movies..like leprachaun in space...or the best movie ever leprachaun in the hood

Matt_K
03-12-03, 01:29 PM
he only said 8 Mile sucked to get a rise out of people. He went and saw it in the theatre and came back and told me it was good in chat :D Betty White rules man, she made Lake Placid!!! Leprauchan in the hood!! HAHAH, i remember watching that, wasn't Ice T in it???

rattekonigin
03-12-03, 01:31 PM
There's a "Leprechaun in the Hood"?! *runs out to rent it*
Hahaha, the Leprechaun movies are terrible...but they are campy.

So bad they're good:
Carnisaur
Orca
Mad Max (my Nick is just like him)
Kickboxer
The Poseiden Adventure(sp)

Just plain awful:
Pearl Harbor *shudders*
Congo
Anything with VanDamm (except Kickboxer)
Anything with Segal
Disney cartoon movies
Natural disaster movies (the volcano one, for example)

Zoe

Indiana jones and the holy grail. He is in the pit with the snakes and hes scared. I would of got a stick and caught some of them . Later on he says he hates snakes. In the beginning of one of the movies when indiana jones is on the train he goes through a part where there is garter snakes and he actsa like they are dangerous. I was like "c'mon this movie is cheap." other than that one movie i like the rest.

Thunderdome!? Don't make me vomit!! (or fall asleep, or at least go catatonic...that movie has been known to have that effect on me)

Road Warrior is classic Max, and by far the best of the three!!

Ughg..the movie 'Happiness'.....it left me wanting to kill myself....Gummo, also was not a happy movie...I realize that they're social commentaries, but if I wanted to see the gruesome aspects of the human condition, I'd watch the news.

Also, "I am Sam" Bad writing, bad acting, bad everything. Bad.

03-14-03, 10:12 AM
Gummo was creepy... or maybe I'm thinking about that movie called Ben and something... I don't remember what it's called but it's about these 2 guys who were best friends when they were little and now they've grown up & split up, but one friend is still obsessed with the other and such.... apparently they were gay, but I didn't keep watching the movie cuz it was CREEPY.

GO ARMY OF DARKNESS

What?! Plan 9 was AWESOME! lol... good ol' Ed Wood... oh yea and "Glen or Glenda" ...

Hmmmm... bad movies.... well all I can say is that the Invisible Man was SO SWEET for its day in age... And that newer movie abotu the spiders was so bad that it was good.. with David Arquette I believe...

Anyway when I think of more I'll get back

eight legged freaks was hilarious. though i think it would have made more sense if they kept some of the cut scenes

Lisa
03-15-03, 12:55 AM
Just saw another bad one. Warlock: Armageddon

Scream is great for really bad movies.

Zoe
03-15-03, 01:13 AM
Fast and the Furious was awful... yeah, pretty cars bla bla bla but the acting, the casting, the story line (there was a story in that piece of junk?) were all vomit-worthy terrible.

lol I know what you mean, like in The Mummy and Colateral Dammage where they use a kingsnake and pretend it's a big mean coral snake... lol!

triple x i dont think it could have been ANY worse does vin diesel actually need to jump a 15Ft fence with no jump and does he need to throw 2 grenades behind him to Cause a avalanche and land on top of a telphone pole or was it something else and then he says those stupid things to him self when no one is around i would rather eat my arm then watch that movie again

katev17
03-16-03, 09:14 AM
Yea Lisa, after watching the cut scenes, everything actually did make sense... you know you're dumb when you take out scenes that actually cause the story to make sense

Oh yea I started watching Cabin Boy the other day... it was SO BAD I COULD CRY. It wasn't even "so bad it's good"... just BAD. Horribly horribly bad.
