He probably means a co-dominant mutation that is homozygous. Like a spider or pastel or platinum ball python. A co-dominant mutation is one in which the heterozygous form shows a noticable differance from the homozygous normal (or wild type) The homozygous mutation shows an even larger differance, and is commonly called a super.
