Is that corn snake? I read about this corn snake bite effect, is that really is?

Is there any possibility that I am wrong of guessing the snake types. thanks.

:eek: The head doesn't look like that of a corn snake. It looks like a viper, but I can't really specify whether that's the case

The image is from a St Louis newspaper article regarding a snake bite fatality. From a copperhead...

I'm willing to bet that cornsnakes are more likely to be available for sale as pets in Indonesia than copperheads. And cornsnakes are harmless, though a bite will cause small cuts.
