Growing scar

Howdy! I had a quick question about what is happening to my ball python. She had this stuck shed on her head on June 22, 2018. It ended up leaving a scar and I first noticed it on August 7, 2018. Well, it's been over 3 years now since that happened, and her scar is growing somehow, and even shifted it's position..? She just finished a shed last night and rarely has any problems with shedding. It looked very different last night. I'm not sure what I should do, please give me any ideas!
