What kind of snake is this baby?

My sister found this little guy in her house thinking it was a baby rattle snake. (We live in Utah where they are fairly common) I'm about 99.9 per cent sure that it is anything dangerous, but am curious as to what it is.

Looks like a coachwhip of some sort but I'm not an expert in these matters.
