View Full Version : Identifying morph
Hey everyone! I hope you guys have been doing well and keeping safe! :)
I was wondering if you guys could help me identify these morphs?
I'm almost certain the brown one is a normal and the lighter is a pinstripe maybe? I'm not too certain. Hopefully I will get better at identifying morphs soon.

I'm not the best with morphs, but my guesses...
The first is probably a wild type/normal, especially if it is about to shed. It is a little dark for a normal but there is a very wide range of color within the normal coloration.
The lighter one looks to have pinstripe in it but also appears to have lesser/butter in it. There are other combinations that reduce pattern on the sides, create the stripe effect, and lighten the animal, though.

She is a bit on the dark side, right? I thought that she was some sort of Chocolate or Super Chocolate because of how dark she is, but then the lines don't resemble that of the Chocolate morph.
I see, thank you for your help! Yeah, I would have just said she was a Pinstripe
I saw these beautiful girls on display at one of my local pet shops and before I ask the owner what morph they are, I wanted to try identifying them myself with some help from you guys.
Ball Pythons have been on my mind for quite a while now tbh so if everything goes right, I might be taking one of them home with me.
