Moving from United States to Poland with Ball Python

I live in California but recently accepted a job offer in Poland, starting mid-August. I am really hoping to bring my Ball Python Isabeau with me, because she is my baby. I've tried to do some research but I'm feeling very lost, so I'd appreciate any help!

The easiest way to do it is going to be to get in touch with a local reptile company that exports CITES animals and pay them to board the snake and then ship it to you once you are in Poland.
