Hey all,
I recently planted my Boas enclosure, Ive got a ground cover and two stalkier plants. But I haven't gone full bioactive yet, so I'm worried that the plants are going to die off because of lack of nutrients---> some leaves are already starting to yellow. What would be a good, safe start up fertilizer?

Different plants start to get yellow leaves for a wide variety of reasons. Too much light, too little light. Too much water, too little water. Soil that doesn't drain well, soil that doesn't retain enough water. Could just be a natural cycle of the plants themselves. The snake might be damaging the plants. I'd definitely research your plants to see why they get yellow leaves.

If you do happen to need fertilizer then I think that worm castings would be fairly safe.
