How TF do I post an ad?

I go to the Classifieds tab, I click "Snakes" under "For sale in the United States", and I cannot find a button or link that allows me to make an ad. How TF do I navigate this 90's forum UX????

I'm not a moderator but I'm pretty sure that you need to have a minimum post count to use the classified section. To avoid spammers and whatnot.

On my screen, there is a "place an ad" link in the top right of the classified section.

That said, you may wish to consider how you are presenting yourself to potential customers. Your first and only post so far seems to indicate that you might not be the best seller to work with if a transaction has an issue.
