Looks to be a burn. Is your heat source regulated by a thermostat?
Or it could be a cut. What's your husbandry like? What do you feed her?
Regardless, I'd begin treating it ASAP if i were you.

Are there any crickets running around loose in her enclosure? Also looks like there is stuck shed, which you will want to remove so her circulation doesn't get cut off. After getting the shed off, you can put neosporin WITHOUT pain reliever on it to help it heal faster. It's important that it does not have pain reliever as it is deadly to reptiles.

I was gonna suggest neosporin as well. Itīs very possible its due to live insects not being removed. As harmless as they may seem, donīt leave any live prey unsupervised.

A dilute solution of chlorhexidine (follow instructions on the container for dilution) can be used to clean reptile wounds.

Silver sulfadiazine can be used for wound care in reptiles. I have used neosporin without pain reliever in the past but my vet prefers silver sulfadiazine over neosporin.

I had to look up TCP. Trichlorophenylmethyliodosalicyl. Phenols are generally toxic to reptiles, I believe that it is linked to either kidney or liver failure (I forget which). TCP is a phenol. I would not use the product on a reptile, especially not one as small as a leopard gecko.

The products we've mentioned are known to be reptile safe and, in the case of my suggestions, come straight from a veterinarian.
