Cannot Identify This One

Hey guys, I am having a hard time trying to identify the snake in this picture. It screams cobra, an Indian Cobra from a snake charming community. But it doesn’t have many of the features on the face of a cobra. I also cannot find a cobra with this kind of brown white color.
Can anyone ID this and explain a little what the markers are here?

Yeah I didn’t think anyone would be able to ID this one. It’s gotta be a very rare color or something cause there is nothing out there that looks like this.
