What's up with my snakes eye?

I just got a 27yr old ball python, and the owner said he was bitten near his eye a few years ago, and that's why it looks so weird.
His other eye looks kind of cloudy too, I can barely see his pupil, so I was wondering if it's just because he's old or something else?
I've attached a picture of his weird eye so you can maybe see what I'm talking about :)

It's old stuck shed. Should come off if the snake is going through a shed cycle.

Those are multiple layers off old skin. This you have to remove yourself.
