Importing a Garter snake to the USA

Hello everyone,

I gave up trying to find a Garter snake breeder in the USA that had any availability, so I'm importing an Infernalis from Europe into Oregon.

As far as i read and understand, there should be no issue, but I would like to ask here in the forum if I'm correct, and if there's anything I should know regarding importing a Snake.

I've never gotten anything from Europe, but it shouldn't be an issue. I have an infernalis coming from Canada next week (It's actually for my daughter).

So yeah, no big deal to import a Garter snake, fedex will just ship it to your door.

Actually it was not like that, my Garter was sent to some company that probably did the importing, and they then ship it to my house from within the usa.
