My male (Thamnophis hammondii) garter (Charles) is a 1' 9" adult whom I've taken care of for 1 year and 3 months, he was only 2 months when I got him, in the last two months though I've had difficulty feeding him, he seems completely uninterested in his food! I've tried live fish, frozen mice (which was his normal diet before!!), and live worms, but no matter how I present it, whether I dangle it, offer it, make it look like its alive, or just leave his food in a bowl, he won't eat it!!
I've looked at care guides and even bought a book, but he seems to be more stubborn than any advice I've been given...
I'm super worried/scared, I don't want my poor Charles to die because my stupidity couldn't figure out how to get him to eat!!
Please, does anyone know what I can do??? :(
