I wanted to know in which countries of the world it is possible to have a venomous snake without any paper or certificate ?

I have no idea, in the United States some states you are not supposed to have them in some states, a lot of states you need a permit, in some you don't need anything to have them. Individual localities can pass more specific laws if they wish. A lot of people in China post pictures of venomous snakes they have but I don't know if it is technical legal or not. I've also lived in a lot of states where people are supposed to own permits but they were told they'd likely be denied so they never applied and just didn't tell many people they had them. You'd probably have to talk to keepers in each specific area of interest as you can't go by photos you find online as like I said, those laws are often obscure and many people will give you incorrect information.

The venomous world is very hush hush and isn't quick to accept newcomers. You'd have to look up the local, region or country laws pertaining to exotic pets.
