Hello =)

About 2 weeks ago, I bought a baby corn snake, She (I think it's a she) was born in March this year. The lady I got her from said the baby snake had eaten and was ready to come home with me.

I tried feeding her last week and she didnt eat, I read online that I should leave her and try again in a weeks time. Which I did. Last night i tried feeding baby snake again and she still isnt eating.

She has a heating pad and a good amount of substrate in the bottom of her tank, she has hiding places and access to water.

Im honestly not sure what to do with her. I dont want her to pass away.

My boyfriend has a corn snake. She is 2 and a half years old, he has been helping me but is also at a loss now.

PLEASE HELP

Jay

Welcome to the forum Jay. No need to worry just yet. Some new snakes eat right away and others take a little longer to settle in and start eating. Let's start with the basics. What are your temps like? Is your heat source regulated with a thermostat? Try to post a pic of your snake and setup when you can. If you're sure your husbandry is dialed in just keep offering food every 7-10 days and it'll eat eventually.

I agree 100%

In order to help, we'll need more info. If you can provide answers and photos like Ziggy requested we'll be able to troubleshoot a bit easier.

Also, welcome to the forum!!
