Just ask.
What genetic male (Not normal, and not Lavender) will the better suitable for Lavender female, for some nice litter in future?`
I very like Tigers, but what babies will be from Tiger x Lavender ?

Tigers and normals all 100% het for lavender. If you want albinos, both parents must carry the lavender gene. You can use visuals or hets.
As far as what to use with a lavender female, it all depends on your personal preference. I would make sure the male was at least het or visual lavender, myself, though.

I'd suggest getting something with either white or purple albino(depends on what you would rather make lavs & whites or lavs & purples), and if you like tiger I'd get a white/purple tiger

There's actually no such thing as a het lav in retics. Lavender albino is just a visual expression of a double het purple and white. You get het either purple or white when you breed to a normal
