Does 194 grams sound right for a 4-5 month old ball python?

There are tons of variables that can effect a snakes weight to really tell. But that weight and that age are certainly on par with one another.

Ok good. I wasn't sure if it was a little to light for that age or if it was fine

Nope, you're fine. Nothing to worry about. At that age/size their weight can flucuate a bit too. Their poops can carry a surprising weight. For that reason, try to weigh when the snake is "empty" for more accurate measurements.
