Not sure of gender, but it’s about 3 years old. I feed an assortment of prey: large rats, small chicks, and Guinea pigs every 10-14 days

looks ok, just feed 10% of his body weight every 2 weeks hell be good.

He looks good, but you can't always tell by looking at them, since most of their fat is stored in fat bodies inside their body cavity towards the tail. What is the feeding regimen like? How long have you had him, and how long have you been feeding him the way you are?

You're feeding a lot, and that's quite a large 3 year old in my opinion. Could just be a large specimen ofcourse, but if you've been feeding it like that all that time you'd be wise to slow it down a bit.

Not sure if the feeding was edited in or I just didn't see it before, but I agree with Tsubaki, way too much food.
I'd feed that boa a large or medium rat (whichever is closer to its girth), chicks, or xx-small rabbits (most likely 1/2 lb or less) every 4-5 weeks. No Guinea pigs whatsoever.
The feeding you mentioned, paired with its age and size, it probably has been fed a little too much if you've fed it similarly its entire life.
