Possibly looking forwards to a 12+ hour drive maybe? I currently own a ball python and a green tree python and i am worried about how it would go as keeping them in a car for that long (slightly loud car, challenger)
My main concern is it stressing them out too much within that time period.

Stress shouldn't be too much of an issue, more so for the M viridis but the P regius should be fine. Just give them plenty of time to recover at the other end before trying to handle them or feed them once in their vivs again. A couple of weeks at least.

The bigger concern is keeping them at a suitable temperature. Cars can get pretty hot of you're not careful (for a 12 hour trip I writing be worried about them being too cold of carefully packed up).

All pythons do well in tight spaces for limited times and can do so for extended times if necessary. I would consider appropriate sized tubs with latches and invest in a case of 40 hr shipping approved heat packs for the ride. Maybe cover the tubs with blankets that can serve a twofold purpose. Help with noise reduction and conserve heat.

I've moved my entire collection twice from one state to another (8ish hours one way) and all I had was myself and my X-terra. I loaded them all up in their travel bins with plenty of aspen chips for cushion, stacked them in such a way that they wouldn't get shifted around and covered them with towels to *hopefully* keep some of the stress down. When I arrived at said destinations I set up their vivs and let them settle for a week before any handling/feeding/etc.
