New addition

A bit delayed in posting but been a busy time with work and life. Introducing my new addition, a yellow phase male ATB currently nicknamed curly fry. He was shipped from the west coast and despite a plane ride, a day in a cup then driven to my house he was relaxed and curious with no aggression. He as already eaten once and it was the cutest thing. He didn't strike his mouse just stretched out, open mouth, bite and coiled up. It was just a polite "I'll take this" . He is so tiny, it was scary to hold him without breaking him. He is largely visible at night. I'm in the process of getting a UV bulb for his tank as well but that's still a work in progress. Really happy with him, he was the calmest of the litter.

Thanks, I'm really happy with him so far. I have no idea how his colours will change with age. But he is a calm little guy. Should make a great display in the living room. Now if only my brown thumb got better lol

I haven't gotten enough meals into him to begin to try handling but he is pretty visible at night despite being so young so he is off to a good start. Curious little guy when I'm near by.

And here I thought ATBs were smaller, thinner, more agile versions of the saltwater crocodile... only with more teeth and attitude. He seems quite personable though. Stinkin' cute too. :D

The one I had a while back was. It was a cross between something that hates my soul and the devil himself.

He was shipped from out west along with 4+ clutchmates. A guy I know was bringing them in from his friend. I was told he was marked so he'd know which was mine. I thought it would be my name but 'best one' works to lol
