As my ball python reaches three years (next year), I want to try to breed him. While I have three morphs I am interested in, and just haven't decided upon, I'd like to see what other people have to say about the pairings I am thinking of. I won't be breeding until next year at the earliest, assuming the female I get is from a '16 clutch (my male is from a '16 clutch). If she is from a '17 clutch it wouldn't be until at least 2 years that I would try. It would only be when both are of good size and weight to breed regardless of year number.

He is a Vanilla Scream (Firefly [Fire xPastel] x Vanilla).

The morphs that I am looking into are:
Black Magic (Black Pastel x Mojave)
Black Potion (Mahogany x Mojave)
Pewter (Cinnamon x Pastel)

I am personally leaning towards either the Black Potion or the Pewter, but talking it aloud and getting others peoples thoughts is fun for me.

And now I've added the Fruit Passion morph (Banana x Mojave x Mystic) to the list. My top two are
Pewter and Fruit Passion with Black potion coming close behind.

If you can find a female banana combo I'd go with that (good luck) as the combo you want will be tough to find let alone a female, and let alone someone willing to sell one.

In ranking of the ones I'd recommend:

Fruit passion
black magic
black potion
pewter

Funny you should reply to this.Tsu suggested I talk to you about these things. I was liking the Fruit Passion the best. Think they would be very complimentary together.

It is surprisingly hard to find a Banana female in general, now that I am looking. The Black Magic, I have found one, but after looking at banana combos (potentials) the black magic is less..desireable if not still pretty. However, among my searching I have found Champagne..thank goodness I've got some time to debate (and look) haha. What do you think about the Champagne? I know its very small odds (according the calculator) but I really dig the look of the Firefly Champagne and the Fire Champagne.
