Great looking snake, and I especially love the red tipping (?) between the scales on the body!

You never post enough of Ricky! Thinking my boy's going to end up looking a lot like him. How old is he now?

I got them 3/9/2015 and they were 2014 babies.

Oh sweet. Only a year older than my boy then. They're looking good, but when's Ricky going to get a bachelor's pad that's comparable to Lucy's ?

Tin Gebherd of Vivid Reptiles told me that their is minor sexual dimorphism with this line with the males typically having more intense reds and the females having more defined blues. Quite interesting for sure.
Very nice rodent vacuum you have there :) that orange is very pretty!

Hehe, Ricky is a gentle grabber mostly, Lucy almost dove out of her front opening terrarium and bit me in the face last feeding day. Ricky is below her so I was right at eye level and just got her door shut in time for her to bonk her head off the front of the glass.
haha I know that feeling...! 2 weeks back during feeding day I opened a cali kingsnake viv... snake nowhere to be seen, so I turned around to put a mouse on forceps, and while I was turned backwards I just heard "FLATCH!!" on the floor 2 seconds later ... I looked below and apparently the snake just slinged himself out of the viv in direction of the food and landed on the floor below :D
That food orientation where all logic is just thrown into the corner and forgotten never ceases to amaze me.
