Well, I'm wheeling and dealing again trying to pick up a pair of White lipped Pythons for an Auto Ordnance M1 Carbine rifle...

Congratulations! Northern or Southern variety?

The juvenile D'Alberts I'm picking up this Saturday is of the Southern persuasion and I'm stoked as well...but I have no significant other to fear, except for my wallet! :rolleyes:

He said they were sold to him as Southern but he thinks the female might be Northern...
Can anybody think of a reason why I shouldn't try breed a Southern to a Northen?

Are you kidding? They'd probably start another civil war, and 150 years later their descendants would be protesting and pulling down statues... :crazy2:

If it was me I'd try to stick to one locality rather than crossbreeding them. If you sell the babies buyers will want probably want to know that they're getting one or the other. The Southern have a rep for being more laid back.

Well... I'm don't think it's going to happen... I don't know if it's a millennial thing or not, but people are just down right rude... I can't even get him to answer an email... Oh well...

A similar thing happens when I went to wheel and deal for Moe... The guy was in the boonies camping with no cell phone service so! I guess I should give this guy the benefit of the doubt... :no:

I wouldn't breed them but only because I'm a stickler for pure locality snakes and this would be a cross of localities.

No particular reason otherwise not to but you should be transparent if you ever sold them.

Yeah, I didn't like that idea of cross breeding them either... But you know someone is going to probably do it... The smart thing to do is get another northern and southern and then breed them correctly...
