I have recently acquired a pair (male and female) of Hog Island Boas. They were sharing but I separated them on advice from members of this forum. They have previously had a litter/clutch (I don't know what the correct term is) of 19 babies. I'm wondering if the female is pregnant again - she refused a meal and she also spends most time at the hot end of the viv.
Are there any physical signs I can use to confirm pregnancy? She doesn't have any 'bulges'.

Wait and see if she balloons up and looks pregnant. In the case of an accidental breeding for egg laying species you could just toss the eggs.
If she starts getting real fat you might wanna set aside some money for a few tubs, some velcro to secure them and some heat rope and an extra thermostat.
Snakes refuse meals all the time for any number of reasons so I wouldn't get too worked up just yet.
This may help!

Do you have pictures of the snakes and the enclosure you can post?

I'll take some and post them up. I tried tonight, but was confronted by a very agitated male when I opened the glass, so I'll have another go tomorrow.
