Perseus and Zeus

Perseus is lighter and Zeus is darker. They were both rescues from a lady that was going to set them free in the wild in South Carolina. They are supposed to be normals, but I think Perseus may be a pastel.

Onyx

Onyx was bought at Repticon when he was two months old. That was back in 2013.

Phantom (Licorice Rat Snake)

I bought Phantom at a pet store. He was returned by his previous owner because he struck at him and bit him. My opinion is the guy didn't know what he was doing. The first pic is of me holding him. The next is of our 12 yo daughter. He is at least 6 ft and she says he is her new fave snake.

This big boy was a rescue from my ex-husband who wasn't feeding him properly. He was extremely underweight when we got him. We have had him since 2012ish.

Anubis and Apollo

Anubis is around my son's neck. She was the beginning of my reptile addiction. He got her for his birthday from a rescue in Key West, FL. He is holding Apollo. Apollo is another rescue. Someone knew someone that knew we had snakes.

When we got him, I was in love with his colors. Hubby wouldn't let me name him Daemon. So he is Phantom. He was a little skiddish at first, probably from not being handled, but he is good to go now.

My 12 yo daughter is more afraid of my squirrel (a rescue) than our snakes. The other day we were walking up the road (dirt road) and the boxer/pit mix stepped over a snake twice. Daughter was up ahead with the dog and grabbed her collar and said "Snake". I got up there before Hubby and said that's a bleeping copperhead. She had sense enough to not mess with it and to look where she was walking.
