Thanks Andy
I can't believe how much colour he still has for around six,he must of been so. Bright as a baby

The jungle gene when it first started to become mainstream was thought by some to be a pattern mutation, which is of course incorrect. It really is a colour mutation that usually has abberancies, that's why he's stayed so nice!

That's interesting,I didn't realise that,I've got an albino similar age but got no where near the colour he has, must be the jungle gene as you say as colour mutation

Very nice looking boa Richard - really popping colours - but is it me or do you need to put him on a diet? I know photos can be deceiving but he looks pretty chubby for boa.

Can't pick out that nice muscular square shape they should have but as I say it could just be the photos.

Hi Danny

Yeah I agree - fortnightly is too often. Did you say it was 6 yo (sorry can't see your op as I write)? If it is I'd eventually go to 5 or 6 weekly feeds with the odd monthly chucked in for variety.

Hi Danny yes he is six
Years old ,I've got. A 7yr old I only feed every 4/5wks depending on how much he is roaming,he should hopefully loose some of
His belly in a few months on his new feeding regime
