(MAJOR PHOTO DUMP)
Yes, his name really is Snakerdoodle. He is a Pastel Dream Monster Tail 100% Het Kahl Albino hatched May 30th, 2016. He's quite the character, that's for certain. Definitely has calmed down with handling and is an observant guy. Without further ado, Snakerdoodle:

The red on his tail is gorgeous! He looks like he has enough personality for the both of you. I'd love to get a boa, but I'm a small person and alas that's a little out of my comfort zone currently. Doesn't mean I can't be jealous of yours though! Great animal, thanks for sharing.

Thanks you two! I would suggest finding keepers who are willing to let you have some hands on experience to possibly help boost confidence. I had my grandfather's 6ft Colombian named Ralph to assist in my love for boas, of course I wasn't alone in handling. There's also boas on the smaller side that are quite neat! But I get what you mean, I'm only 5'0" myself. Certainly many pictures to drool at as far as options go. :p

Lovely snake-love boas.

@TB whilst its good to know your limits I don't think you'd not be able to manage a Boa imperator, particularly say a central American or Hogg Island. As a rule they're very laid back snakes and very manageable.

Great to own as well, very rewarding...

His name sounds like a super hero name.

Tiny Boidae: If you're worried about size, you can search for some dwarf boas. They have similar temperaments, they just don't grow as big. Maybe 4-5' tops.

For some reason it's not letting me quote multiple replies but thanks all. Having a nice phone helps with the nice pictures, though he's actually not a fan of it. What drew me in is his how gorgeous his tail was but I like his golden brown markings too. Snakerdoodle does kinda sound like a super hero name. I think he would be more of an anti-hero with his current sass level :p

Had some fun with a lamp that I brought out and got some real neat pictures. I loved seeing his pink shine through. And what's funny, as you will see in the last two pictures, I put him down on the floor and he went right to his enclosure, where he is most comfortable. Had to give him a lift.
Making his second appearance, Snakerdoodle:

I'd be done with my shenanigans too, haha. Put a hold on a future girlfriend for him ;) Should be picking her up May 4th.
For the most part, he seems to be really calming down, as long as I'm slow (of course). One of those super defensive youngsters from the start but glad it's turning around and he's becoming more confident.

Nice shots on the lamp - beautiful snake. I've just had Aunty Rachel out and I am always in awe of Boa imperator markings. Such lovely snakes.

I love that snake. He's gorgeous and I think he knows it too! Looks like a little diva from those pictures. Thanks for sharing.

I mean I've been around the adults a few times and right now it just feels like too big of a step to go from sand boas to imperators. I plan on getting a short tail by the end of the year if everything works out so it'll be a step in that direction, but for now I'll dream of the day and admire the awesome animals on this thread (yours included- I can't express how awesome that tail is).
