This is the monster of a snake I am living with currently. XD
Meet our 7-some foot long Red Tailed Boa, Qizil!
We haven't had him for too long now-- got him just after Thanksgiving last year when my Parents took me to a Reptile Expo that was nearby. Found him there and took him home with us~
He was originally mine, but I have since "relinquished" ownership over to my Dad on account that I can no longer handle him thanks to his size and weight. Dad does just fine-- and is like a kid in a candy store. Despite everything though I still love this giant~

The majestic giant himself~ Hanging out in his terrarium.
To Note: The tank he is currently in is only temporary. In about a week or so me, my Dad and a neighbor/friend will be building him a much bigger and much more suitable terrarium for his size so he is more comfortable. That way I can put in more necessary stuff like hides and things. Again, the current one is only temporary-- he outgrew it strikingly fast, and we couldn't quite built the other one ahead of time because my Dad had an injury and needed surgery. Hence the delay on his new cage.

This was just around after I got him home~ He was noticably smaller than, but got massive very quick. He loves my black bean cushion chair; loves to climb on it. XD
Despite the small size of his terrarium, we do take him out a few times each week (AKA my Dad does) to make sure he can stretch himself out and isn't crammed up in there ALL the time, and I do work extra hard to make sure his humidity stays at proper levels. Depsite the temporary living space, he is still a healthy boy. He is just slightly cramped right now, but he won't be for much longer!
