Hey Greg they seem very good to me but I cant really tell as they are so big I can only see a piece at a time.

I can build them. They wont be too difficult. The top cage will be hinged glass doors as opposed to sliding glass doors. Little different design than I usually do, but hopefully will work great once its done. I will post pics of them once they are built. I might be building the dart frog cage for someone else before I get to build it for myself. Can't wait to see it built either to compare it to the drawing.

very nice! i really like the top cage!

Nice work with the models & rendering. It sure is nice to see an enclosure before you even start building it.

If glass is the price issue, you should visit any glass shop and ask if they have any broken glass they are throwing out, they will usually give you this glass for free as it cuts down on their desposal costs. I've been doing this for about a year now, and built a few nice tanks, one was actually very similar to your dart frog cage.
If you already knew this maybe it will give someone else an idea where to get glass.
I was able to get glass as big as 8' x 5' and all it had was a little edge crack in one of the corners.
nod, i have a friend that owns a glass company and he save most the stuff he throws away and allows me to rumage through it!
All u gotta do is ask....but I know around here glass if fairly cheap!
Greg,
The first cage looks nice, cant wait for you to post actual pics when you build one.

I work for a glass company. Glass is not the issue. With getting married next year, just buying a house and a car last year, most of my money isn't for fun any more.
Greg
ps. I will post pics once they are done.

Greg, I love the enclosure that you built me! IF anyone wants a VERY nicely custom built cage, tell greg and he'll build it perfectly and for a good price! I'll post some pics of mine soon!

There not bad, they look a little small to me. This could be because of the size of the pictures.

The bigger one is 4' X 2' X 3.5' and the other cage is 6' X 2' X 2' so they are fairly big cages
