Hello,
Snake admirer here. Planning to get a snake as soon as I'll live on my own. Can't convince my family to keep a pet snake, I gave up.
Meanwhile, I like to draw snakes. I randomly came across this picture of this snake ( low quality ) which I found gorgeous and want to draw.
Can anyone tell me what snake that is ? It has this earthy pattern and orange eyes.

Welcome to ssnakess! why won't your family let you keep a snake?
Also that is a reticulated python, they come in multiple colours and patterns but that seems to be a normal patterned one!
They are fun to draw :D

I have the same problem, my parents will not let me have a snake, but I finally convinced them to let me get a gecko.

haha my mom was like that with my first snake. I was over 18 at the time but still living at home. The pet shop next to my work had some cute little sand boas. So I got one not even thinking about asking my mom (not sure why it never crossed my mind). She freaked out but I kept it anyway. My mom's not a fan of snakes but she's always bring home animals, so she can't say too much when I do. haha

Funny enough, it's my dad that has been the most resistant about me getting snakes. My mother doesn't care as long as I take care of them. Lol
