some info on my boas? please

I have 3 boas and I'm trying to take the best care I can for them . Just a little info would help me out a lot.

I tried to feed her a rat pup but she didn't take it very well, so the next week I gave her a hopper mouse and no issues, Is a hopper an okay size or should I go larger?

my next two were born early 2016 and feeding rat pups. Would they be an okay size for their age? and when should I bump them weaned rats?

I don't want to over feed or under feed.

I would jump to adult mouse size for the first one.

Weaned rats should be fine for the next two on a weekly to ten day schedule.

Your boas look very healthy! I have 2 boas that were born early 2016, that are overweight. They were on rat pups too early, and then were bumped to small rats too early. I fed them every week and had to reduce it to every 2 weeks. Yours look incredibly healthy compared to the 2 I've described.

I don't know much about mouse sizes. I have some smaller baby boas (born mid-2016) currently on fuzzy rats. They are a little thinner than your first one, though.

I personally feed boas the size of the first one medium adult mice, the last two large adult mice. They could easily handle a jumbo mouse at that size, I'm just not sure if I'd be feeding jumbos anymore since my sunglow didn't grow even an inch on jumbo mice the ~4 months she was eating them. Then grew an inch in like 2 months eating half as often as on the weaned rats. I'll have to test some more boas out on jumbos before I condemn them.

I personally wouldn't go with weaned quite yet, but that's just me. I wait until they're at least 300-400+ grams and at least 3' for weaned.
