What is the average humidity range in each of their enclosures?

4 or 5 meals each week? And what do you mean frozen mice because of winter?

You're not. Even just 2 a week is too much. At their size, a single meal every other week is more than sufficient. Unless they mean 4 or 5 meals being fed once a week? It's possible they translated that wrong.

They're also way too cold. Ambients should be 25-26.6C with a hot spot of 27-29.4C. With temps 21-25C they're much too cold for digestion.

no , I meant that 1 meal per week ,,, and after 4 or 5 meals (4 or 5 weeks) ....

probably too cold... 21-25C. Night should be around 24C and day around 30C. Some species can't handle too high temps (32C+).

You do thaw (de-freeze) the frozen mice before feeding .... right? I'm unclear on what your sentence means: "Because of the winter I have started feed them frozen mice"

Also please check humidity levels.. it should be on the high side (70-80%) depending on species ... so what species of Rainbow Boa do you have.

Adult snakes generally need 1 meal every 10-14 days depending on metabolism levels of the species. Some require even less food. If temperature is low as in your case, the snake metabolism will be lower as well. So you may simply be offering too much food and then the snake will refuse.

I figured as much! That is good then. I would space out to every 2 weeks when you get them eating again, though. Once full grown, every 3 weeks is preferable.
