I have a ten gallon community tank with a few fish, an African Dwarf Frog, a snail, and Ghost Shrimp. Any interesting non fish animals I can add. If possible, I would like something fairly interesting to watch.
im new to snakes but had fish many years just put away a 75 gallon chiiclid tank. be careful ten gallons is small inch of fish per gallon or u can start having problems

Sounds like your 10g aquarium is already fully stocked. I wouldn't add anything else. Snails are big polluters, bio load of ghost shrimp is low but between fish, frog and snail that's a lot for that volume of water.

Aquatic arts is a great website I've used for interesting things for my nano tanks. They do have a few things that require more than ten gallons of space but most of their focus is on the smaller side. I got a freshwater Pom Pom crab that I love! They average about an inch to inch and a half full grown and they are fully aquatic and adorable. I also got shrimp and a couple plants from them and everything arrived healthy and is doing great. I love small tanks and fish :)
