ATB enclosure upgrade

I picked up my ATB on Monday evening and he's currently residing in a 16" cube. My question is when would be an appropriate time to upgrade the little guy to his adult enclosure? He only 9 weeks old at the moment. I think I might be acting a little impatient, I just can't wait to set up in a well decorated naturalistic enclosure :D. Also I've read many times that they spend a decent amount of time on the ground yet mine really seems to enjoy perching all day and cruising through his vines and branches all night. Is this something that varies between individual animals?

Hi why not setup your adult viv now it takes a long time to establish a bio active viv or even a viv with plants alone in it ATB like to crunch around in the plants so they got to be established as for going to the ground mine as they've got older have spent more time not on the ground but lower to it
