cage heat in pvc tank

my temp are kinda low for my bp. i have a large heat pad with thermostat temps are 80 to 75 in day how can i warm it up? i tried heat lamp hung about it 2 feet above the enclosure. can i put anything else ie heat pad on side or top to warm up temps more. have a 4x2 pvc enclosure.

I had the same issue with my PVC, I had to use a heat panel to maintain proper hot and cold side temps. UTH won't heat up the cold side only the area it touches.
