Aaron- This one was produced by Jeff Hartwig. He's had great success with olives. I want an albino olive SOOO bad! I'm saving up my pennies :).

Ziggy, That really is a beautiful snake in a very subtle way. I've been holding out for a pair of Brazilian Rainbow Boas from Cliff at Living Gems. Cliff moved his operation from California to Arizona and is just now getting settled in so hopefully it won't be too much longer. New species are always fun as we learn to zero in their husbandry. Good luck with your new baby and please keep us posted on his progress.

@ Jim- I wasn't really going for the "pretty" snake this time even though as you said the olives do have a subtle beauty to them. It's hard to see in the pics but he has some really nice iridescent colors. I just wanted to work with a new species and was drawn to these guys. Of course the albino carpet python that's coming next week will be a lot more colorful. Good luck with your BRBs too. There's nothing subtle about their beauty. :)

Not a chance Mink :). I'm not the breeder type. That's too much work. I just like keeping nice animals. I will add a super caramel jag female carpet next year though to match up, but not pair, with my male caramel coastal. I also have my 1.1 jungles that look nice next to each other but there won't be any hanky panky going on there either. :)
