Hey folks,

I am so happy to announce that this april I will be joining an expedition with some (fb)friends to go herping in Indonesia!!! We will be traveling to Bali, Komodo, Rinca and Florès. Hoping to find the king cobra, retics and so much more...

Thanx all, looking forward to it and yes also a bit scared for the dangers... But we have good guidance, so let's hope we see plenty of reptiles and other animals and stay safe.

All this traveling and herping is brand new to me, so a bit nervous for the things to do in advance of the yourney itself...

Forgot all about this post till now...

So we're back alive and with all limbs still attached :p We had an awesome time in Bali, Flores, Rinca and Komodo Island. There are a lot of pictures, but the best were not taken by me... So i'm still waiting on this to be sent to me. But i did manage to shoot some nice ones and also got a couple good ones from the others allready.

When we landed in Denpasar, our guides were already waiting and they have an organization called Bali Reptile Rescue, which gets snakes from people's houses. So within an hour after landing we joined them getting a spitting cobra out of a living room :p
