How do you guys deal with the snakes that just wont sit still while handling?

I got a BRB that is a little over a year old. 9 times outta 10 he is in exploratory mode. He is a chill little guy and moves at a slow, constant just he rarely stops. He is getting little better with age but its near impossible to get a good picture of him. I'd also love for him to learn to just chill on my shoulders. A good example is that if I'm showing him to someone, He'll reach out 2foot, climb up the other person, all around them, then climb back to me, then repeat.

I have heard of people holding their guy over a full room temperate body of water so they stay on you..... My guys just shoves his head under water and blows bubbles while still wrapped on me. :/

He's still young and should calm down a bit with age. I see no reason to handle over water and am not sure what it would accomplish. Consistent, brief handling periods coupled with time for him to mature a bit will probably do the trick or it may just be his individual nature to be wirey.
