Here's a couple of pics of Blade the 6 month old male bullsnake. Figured I would post a couple newer pics of him. He's developing some pretty nice oranges. 212 grams but not for long.

Very nice animal... If he is only 6 months old, he looks like he's going to be a big boy...

Looking awesome Andy. My two oldest pits hit 200 grams recently, they start to feel like real snakes lol. Your bull looks great, what size prey is he taking?

Nice. Got to love a bull. I like the look of ivory bulls but that one is a nice looking guy.

Blade is looking good, hard to tell exactly from the pics but looks to be about the same size as my fire bull of about the same age. He's at least 1 meter now, easily reaches all the way across his 30 long aquarium.

That's a nice looking bull. Got some good size as well. I have a female albino bull that's 4 months old, but no where near that size. She's about 20" in length and eating fuzzy mice. I'm thinking about stepping her up to small hoppers by December.

Beautiful snakes in a masculine way if that doesn't sound too weird. I have Hondurans and while they are pretty, they don't have those beautiful patterns and those "all business" looks on their faces.

You may consider rats for your girl SWDK. When I switched my gophers off of mice to rats they seemed to grow better on them. Also just ordered frozen quail so I'm excited to see how they like those

Thanks all!

Danny, all in good time my friend. ;)

Todd, I'd estimate him to be around 30-32 inches. He's situated in a 23''x15'' rubbermaid until he's ready for his 4x2...which may not be long if he keeps this up.

Dave, this clutch hatched out large enough to eat fuzzies and small hoppers. Although I am certain there's a bit of variance in hatchling size, I'd be willing to bet that your female is more than ready for hoppers. Once she's bumped up, her growth rate will really take off.

I definitely plan to move her to rats, but she's no where near ready for even the smallest rat pink. She has some growing to do before that happens.

I've been feeding her fuzzies since I got here in September. This past month I stepped her up to 2 fuzzies each feeding. She's not very big though so I'm worried about going to big to soon. I'll have to take a current pic tonight with her eating so you can get an idea of size next to prey.

Here's a pic from when I got here in early September. She's only shed once since this pic and is a few inches longer and a little bulkier.

She looks really nice. At that size in the pic she looks large enough for hoppers IMO. Looking forward to the updated pics! :)

I don't know what happened to the pics. There is something wrong with Photobucket. It won't show any of my pics. I'll try a direct upload. Here it is again, click the link for the pic. Also, sorry to jump in on your thread.

Thanks! I'll make the switch to hoppers. I was worried bc it seems like her head is narrow, but I'm overthinking it.
