Think of all the drop dead gorgeous wild type species you could have for $20k! Oh and some really top enclosures for them all :D

Money, or common sense, lol. I could certainly find better ways to spend that much $$, even if it was just providing bigger and better environments for my current collection. Also remember, it's just another ball python of another color...

I'm with dave! And you sattva. If money were no object i'd love to have a panda pied. Then i would reproduce them and sell them at half price!
JD Constrictors has a Stormtrooper morph that is listed at 50K. I know McCarthy Boas has posted a picture from NARBC.
Can I get it in reverse? I don't like albino anything or even close to it so while the spots are cool the colors need reversed.

This snake demands such a high price because of it's rarity. The number of animals like this in the entire world can likely be counted on one hand. Firstly both super cinnamon and super black pastel are plagued by deformities. Second many of these animals turn out all or mostly white. Personally I have only seen two that looked this good. You are paying for a unique animal, which is not easy to come by in the snake world. I wouldn't likely pay that for an animal, but there are those who will. Someday I plan on producing one myself.
Also just to clarify piebald is not albino as the animal still produces melanin.

The price on this animal just went down 10,000 dollars too! Found it on Morph Market by the same sellers Beaballs. And it's a female!!! Unless it was already selling for 10k. Hmmmm.

If I win the lottery, that snake is mine.
Most expensive snake I've come across is a normal male ball python het for scaleless. Bob Clark has him listed at $45,000 on his website.

Could always do a payment plan on the panda pied and get it out in say 6 months. Lol.

I was thinking the same thing but I have to agree with everybody that I could have a lot of snakes living in the best enclosures for $20,000.oo
Ok this makes a little more sense... I added "sold" in the search field and got a $3,000.oo being the most expensive.... You can ask anything for a snake but getting it is something else... Maybe he's trying to hook Justin Beaver...

I like this guy way better then the 20 grand snake... He's only $3,500.oo

There's precisely two morphs I would happily have-indeed might actually get one of them. I think I've posted them before.
A granite axanthic carpet and an axanthic black headed. Around $5k and $4k respectively.
Not balls I appreciate but both utterly stunning.

I have to agree with the axantic carpet morphs. I like the axantic jags personally, but that granite is pretty awesome!
The only animal I coud see myself paying that much for is a curl crested aracari. Not a reptile at all, but still, the only thing I'd lay that kind of cash down for!

I remember when I first laid eyes on a "normal" piebald ball python, back when the one I saw was roughly $25,000...I about choked...now they are MUCH more reasonable, and I still want to add one to my collection but think I will wait until I have more room to do so...those panda pieds are gorgeous though

When I bought my banana bp in May of this year I paid £150 which in todays exchange rate is approx $186 and someone said to me if I had bought him about 3 years ago I would have had to pay around £3 -5k

Hmmmm, I love the look of the black and white one. But no, if I had that much to spend on an animal, would not be a reptile. Ooooh what I could do with that much money haha.

Ah, remember the days when super pastels were even MORE than that?! Things have certainly changed. :)
