Sorry, although I find all insects interesting to learn about and stuff, the only kind that I'm inviting into my home and family are the furry eight legged ones :)

I would, but i cant find any of the cool ones, only the native, and introduced ones of north america. If you know of anyone with some of the more "exotic" ones let me know.

We have some matids we have Africa #9's (I think that is what they are called). Pixie I notice that you have a cobalt blue, I have though about getting one how is there care and how aggressive are they.

BILLP: I'm very happy with my new cobalt blue. As for care, pretty much the same as any terrestrial T but with higher humidity (78-82%) and higher temps (85-90).

As for temperment, well what they say is true! They are quite aggressive, just during the transfer from her little container to her terrarium she attacked and bit her container at least 3 times and didn't want to let go! Nervous and skittish, this is not a tarantula to be handled.

They are also notorious for doing a lot of webbing to the point were you can barely see them anymore, Kitana has just started webbing and I'm sure it wont be long before I won't be able to see into her burrow anymore.

She's eating as I'm typing this and webbing too!
